Natures Collection uses local courier services for all delivery within Singapore, and registered Air Parcel for international deliveries.

Delivery

FREE shipping and delivery cost is applicable for orders above S$50 in Singapore. Otherwise it’s a flat rate of $5 which goes to the courier.

Overseas shipping is a flat rate of $20 subjected to change based on the weight/size of the items ordered.

Self Collection

Self collection is available between 10am – 6pm at our office at 16 Kallang Place #05-01 Singapore 339156. Do note that our office is only open on weekdays, and is closed on Saturday, Sunday and Public Holidays.

International Taxes and Custom Duties

For international deliveries, customers are responsible for their local taxes and custom duties, where applicable. Any taxes or duties will have to be paid to the delivery company upon receipt of the goods. For selected bulky items, we may not be able to ship internationally.
